Shipping Info

Where we ship: We currently ship to all EU countries.

Carrier: All orders are delivered with FedEx Home Delivery.

Delivery time: Estimated 7–8 business days from dispatch.

Free shipping: Orders over 100€ qualify for free delivery.

Tracking: A tracking code will be sent to you a few days after placing your order. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

As a Finnish company, we stand by our word, safe and reliable delivery is our promise.

Returns & Exchanges

Return period: You have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive it.

Conditions: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or wrong products: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer-initiated returns: If you simply wish to return your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges if the product is in original condition and unopened.

Refunds

Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
